About Our Company
Our company is based out of Sidney, BC in Canada. We are a few minutes outside of Victoria, BC. We do have a fulfillment center in Arizona, as well distributors all around the world.

We hold patents for the Handybar™ in over 28 countries all around the world. Please be aware of copycats, imitations of our products. This is patent infringement and trademark infringement and illegal!
How much does the Handybar™ weigh?
The Handybar™ weighs 0.7 lbs.
The Handybar™ is 23 cm / 9.1 inches long.
What is the Handybar™ made out of?
Handle is made of non-slip neoprene rubber (same material as wetsuits and laptop sleeves) and the metal shaft is made out of Adc6 aircraft aluminum.
How much weight can the Handybar™ withstand?
The Handybar™ can withstand 350 lbs of weight.
Will the Handybar™ damage the striker plate of my car?
This U-shaped striker plate is one of the strongest parts of the vehicle and is designed to keep your vehicle door closed in the event of a side-impact collision, so it highly unlikely the striker plate will be damaged because of using the Handybar®.
People are encouraged to make sure that if there are two screws holding the striker plate to the door and that the screws are routinely tightened.
Why does the Handybar® not fit into some cars?
The Handybar® fits approximately 95% of all cars. Please click on the “Compatible Vehicles” tab. Here you will find which cars can use the Handybar®.
The reason why some cars are not compatible is because they either have a post-shaped striker rather than a U-shaped striker, or there is a light switch in the striker plate which prevents the Handybar® from working properly.
If the Handybar™ breaks, can it be replaced?
The Handybar™ has a lifetime guarantee, as long as it breaks by natural causes.
How big is the Swivel Cushion?
Our Swivel Cushion has a diameter of 45 cm / 17.7 inches.
Is the Swivel Cushion machine washable?
No but can be handwashed.
Inside of every box of 6 Handybars™, there is a counter display and brochures.
Are there Point of Purchase displays?

Do we have to order online, or do we call in?
You have the option of ordering products by calling us at: 1 888 738 0611, ordering online through this website, or faxing in your order to (250) 656 7947. Please make sure to include your representative’s name if you have one.
For individual purchasers, you can either call in, order online, OR we do have local retailers selling our products. Please click on the tab “Locate A Store”, enter in your zip code/postal code, or city to find the store nearest to you.
How long does it take for our order to arrive?
Your order will take about 5 – 11 business days to arrive. Stores located in more secluded regions may have a longer wait depending on their location. Please contact your representative for additional details.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. Unfortunately we do no accept Discovery.
What other methods of payment do you accept?
We only accept cheques from businesses, and not for individual purchasers. We do accept money orders however we will not send out your shipment until we have received the money order.
If we are from outside of North America, can we still order?
Yes. If you contact us with all your information, the order you would like to place, and your payment method, we will place the order for you which will be shipped out from one of our international customers.
What happens if we are covered by our insurance group (ex. Medicare)?
We will send you an invoice, and from there you are responsible for submitting the invoice to your insurance program, in order to be reimbursed. We are not responsible for submitting the invoice for you.
